It’s the same reason you bother with TV. Radio. Print. Outdoor. It’s why you bother with PR and community involvement. No, you don’t have to have a blog, a Facebook page, a Twitter feed or an SMS broadcast. But if you’re not doing it, you need to know why you’re not, beyond “we don’t have time,” or “we’re not sure where the value is.”
